 Privacy: TEASEL will never ever ever sell your contact information or share your purchasing records with ANYONE! Your privacy is valued!

Payment: I use PayPal Express and Shopify Payments for easy payment processing. I believe they do a great job securing your private payment information. You can set up an account that will retain your contact information, but TEASEL does not retain any credit card, debit card or paypal account numbers.

Washington State Residents and Sales Tax: Teasel is located in WA state, so I must charge destination based sales tax to WA residents. Luckily, Shopify automatically calculates the proper rate for WA state's 16 tax districts. Tax includes the cost of shipping as part of the total cost of goods taxed. I know. . .I don't like that either.

 Custom Orders: May be available for some products. Have an idea? email me at shopteasel@gmail.com. Asking never hurt anyone. Maybe we can make your vision happen together.

Returns/ Exchanges: I want you to be happy with your purchase! Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.  Contact me at shopteasel@gmail.com so I know to expect your return.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Products must be returned in their original, new condition. So don't cut that fabric or wind that skein into a ball if you think you might return it!!! Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Unfortunately, I'm not able to refund original shipping costs.

Products are packaged very carefully. TEASEL is not responsible for damages or loss incurred while in transit. Packages valued at $50 or less are automatically insured. If your purchase is valued at over $50 and you would like insurance, or you would like additional insurance please let me know. There will be a small, additional fee that you can totally estimate yourself if you'd like, by visiting USPS.com.

If the product is defective, send me an email with as much detail as possible, and a photo if you can. In that situation, I will provide return shipping and replace the product. I do my very best to ensure the highest quality possible, but I am human and not perfect.

Shipping: Items generally ship within 3 business days of payment via USPS priority mail.   Orders placed on Fridays or the weekend generally go out by the next Tuesday. You will receive a tracking number via email. I'm happy to use another delivery method at your request. Please note what delivery method you want when placing your order. You will still be charged for shipping at checkout. Once I've calculated the cost of your preferred method, I will either send you an invoice for the difference in cost, or issue a refund if the cost is lower.  Free shipping offers apply ONLY when using USPS first class as your delivery method choice. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs if you choose another method for delivery. 

Canadian and International customers please note that TEASEL can't guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, not TEASEL. I wish I could just teleport your purchases to you. I really, really do.

I've attempted to make international shipping as cost effective as possible by offering fixed shipping costs via USPS Priority International Mail. If you have another shipping preference, just let me know via email at shopteasel@gmail.com
