For many, many years my husband's family lived next door to a Priory of Dominican Catholic priests and monks. One of the priests, Father Fulton, became a very beloved family friend. He was the gentlest and kindest of people; a true example of the best a human can be. He loved music, sweet peas for their fragrance, and the color purple. I always made sure our garden had purple sweet peas to take to him during the summer. This yarn color is in honor of a very good man.
